Congress and Knowledge Fair 2012

The Region of Attica, the Business and Innovation Center of Attica (BIC) and the Lavrion Technological and Cultural Park (L.T.C.P.) of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), are participating in the project "Knowledge Intelligence and Innovation for a Sustainable Growth" (KnowinG), which belongs to the transnational territorial cooperation programme «MED Programme 2007-2013» for Developing Activities in Innovation and Creativity.

Within the framework of the project the Greek partners in cooperation with the Hellenic Game Developers Association (HGDA) will organize a three-day event (Knowledge Fair), at the Technological Park of Lavrion, which includes:

  • Software Entertainment Exhibition (Video Games)
  • Conference on "The Role of the creative clusters in the MED regions" with the participation of speakers from many European countries
  • Game Jam: about 50 participants into groups of 4-5 people will create in 48 hours their own video game on a common goal
